Lori has helped me to find the best fit for my health coverage needs. I am very please with how easily she has made the process of sorting through all the confusing, overwhelming, complicated and misinformation that I was trying to get through on my own. She is extremely knowledgeable about many of the different health care insurance policies that are floating around. She seems to have a special talent for zeroing in on each person's particular needs. I am very happy with the insurance plan she guided me toward. It has suited me very well. She has been quick to return my calls and is able to answer all my questions in a way that I can understand. She certainly takes the time to understand your concerns and helps you to make a decision that you will feel comfortable with.

Thanks to Lori, she was able to help eliviate the stress in having to choose a Medicare plan for our family. Having to navigate this on your own is stressful. I was overwhelmed with the amount of mail I was receiving on Medicare, and was concerned that I wouldn't make the right choices. Thankfully I found Lori. She took the time to explain the difference between choosing a Medicare Advantage Plan or going with Original Medicare and a Medicare Supplement Plan. Once I decided which way I wanted to go, she showed me all of the different options that were available. She then researched all of the Drug plans and narrowed the choices down based on my prescriptions needs. With her help, I feel confident that I have chosen the best plans for my needs.
