I was on the phone on hold for over an hour with social security and I was 6th in line to speak to a representative when he called. I didn't want to lose my place in line and couldn't pick up. He then texted and I told him I was on hold and would have to call him back. Obviously he did not like that. Its as if he's never been told he had to wait. When I did call he wouldn't take my call or respond to texts. Ok. So maybe he was busy.. I tried again and he remained unresponsive. This guy is getting rich by the referrals from doctors offices. I have updated my doctors office and they agreed to help me with what I had to get to e Health which offers not only a better service but a more professional attitude. You are making a mistake going with this fellow. I'm also not white. If you have any pride find someone else. If you do use him you probably know him personally and consider him a good ole boy.
