Never had issues with overdraft fees until now. Been banking here forever and will be changing banks as soon as possible. They issue overdrafts and will take them off when they feel necessary.

I love the people that work here. Always kind and helpful. I even have them come into my place of business. Just wish 1 of the 3 banks in the area were open on Saturday.

I have accounts with Mechanics Bank so when I needed a document notarized I went to Mechanics Bank. Nicole Olaphant (sp?) helped me and was kind, efficient and helpful. She was a pleasure and very gracious. You are lucky (or smart) to have her working for you.

This branch is the worst run branch. The tellers are great people, but I have been banking here for 22 years. This management is the worst. Never enough tellers. Way before covid they were short handed. The girls behind the desks used to come and help while there was a shortage of tellers..management stopped thatt.

They have continued to make mistakes linking my self pay with AAA more than 3 times, I finally changed to chase bank and I should have 2 years ago

Had a check to stop payment on and was told it would cost $35.00. I have Over $60,000.00 in a account and you would think they would waver the cost. I'm moving to another bank that gives it clients some free help with that much money they are making off your money.

Would not do business with a bank who issue 4-h children's fair animal checks and then refused to cash them. Even with a birth certificate

Changes hands every 10 yrs or so. Staff always friendly and helpful, but online platform and customer service support BEYOND difficult.
