Janette is such a wonderful lady and has worked very hard to help me and my family save money and find the right insurance. She sees so many people daily, yet knows me every time I call. She makes all of her clients feel important and tries her best to work through everyone's issues. I will never go to another agent for insurance as long as this business stays open! All of the staff, (not just the owner) is very kind and compassionate about what they do. I 100% recommend!!

Zero stars, NEGATIVE stars. This agency is as crooked as they come. Jeanette had me sign a form and didn't even tell me what it was, more like lied about what it was. I had a different agent, and was looking at other potential options, and she tricked me into signing a form to move my policy to her agency. I'm calling the insurance commissioner tomorrow to let them know about her corrupt practices.

Worst Agent Ever. They do not answer phone calls or return voice mail messages. its like no having an agent at. This "Agent" has been reported to Progressives Corporate office.
