Extremely helpful with getting our new car insured asap. All the big insurance companies took our info and said come back in two weeks. Wayne was friendly and a pleasure to work with, and managed to get us insured the same day (although he was honest and mentioned that doesn’t always happen). Comfortable knowing we got a decent deal given the current auto insurance market, and if we ever have any questions would be more than happy to hop on the phone with Wayne again. 10/10 service, thanks a ton!

Where to begin... Wayne is by far the best insurance representative I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I first found out about Wayne from my significant other and she said he was great, I was naturally skeptical(sadly that's just how I am). I took a look at her car policy coverage and rate and I was pleasantly surprised, so I switched as well along with covering our home, gave us great coverage and a great rate, I know sounds like a commercial, but it's true. This is where Wayne shines, he recommended getting more liability for a few dollars more because if god forbid you got into accident and bodily harm did occur they could potentially come after your home as well, this thought never entered my mind.
We like to go to Mexico a lot, but were worried about coverage. We gave Wayne a call and even though he couldn't help us directly he recommended where to go and what to get saving us time and money, he's just good like that. More recently I hit a new construction median (about a foot and half wide, not even sure why it's there in my defense). Long story short, it damaged the bottom of my car including my transmission, car ended up being a total loss. I'm middle aged and had never been in an accident, I had no idea what to do or the steps involved, I was completely shook up about it(I literally felt sick). Dealing with this event Wayne was there to help me, again getting my squared away and offering advice, experience and knowledge in his craft will do that. The service, guidance and reassurance he provided can not be overstated.
Wayne has gone above and beyond since we've been doing business with him for the past 6 years and we're proud to be clients of his.

My wife and I bought our first home in March 2020, not knowing much about homeowners insurance we went online to do some research and found Wayne McCormick. From the beginning, Wayne has been extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. We have had multiple conversations about the policy and he thoroughly explained everything. He is very patient and understanding and clearing demonstrated his knowledge. A true professional and his customer service skills are amazing. In addition, he took care of everything for us with our escrow company which made the process seamless. I am extremely pleased with Wayne and everything he has done for us, best of all Wayne cares about his clients and is always there to answer any questions. Highly recommend his company and services!

Update to my original review: I wish I could do more than 5 stars! Wayne is amazing! My husband and I unfortunately each got a ticket this past year and our insurance was going up almost $400!!! Ah! Wayne was so on top of it and called me before I even knew the increase was happening. He asked for some info and found a way to get the increase down around $100! Talk about AMAZING service! We've been with him for over 2 years now and wouldn't change a thing. THANK YOU WAYNE!!!

Wayne was AWESOME!!! He did an excellent job at explaining different pieces of each policy and helping me decide which would be best for our family. Wayne is absolutely fantastic. I'm an extremely thorough guy. Many times, too thorough. Glad I was in this case because I ended up finding Wayne and got my homeowner's insurance. I reached out to the top 10 reviewed insurance brokers in San Diego and received quotes from nearly all of them. They were pretty similar in price to what I ended up with but Wayne was able to provide much more robust coverage. My situation was a unique one that many of the quotes I received did not adequately cover. I have a family friend who does insurance but did not have a connection with the company Wayne set me up with. He quoted me $900 higher. As a favor, he reviewed all the quotes with me and said Wayne's was far and away the best and actually met my needs. Wayne clearly put in more time & had more knowledge than the others. Super nice guy, as well. Easy choice. I will be using Wayne from here on out and likely look to consolidate my policies in the future. 100% recommended!

I will start this review saying that I do not review often due to my busy schedule, but Wayne at McCormick Insurance deserves it! As you see in other reviews, Wayne is not only good at finding the right insurance for you, but also has the gift of knowing how to treat customers and people in general. Customer service in my book, along with a great product of course, is most important! Wayne communicates effectively via phone and email, and is truly committed to his customers. I have dealt with more than my share of insurance providers and handling all of the options on your own is too much work for the average working person. Let Wayne handle it! You will not regret it.
