Mary Trunk stated the policy premium was auditable but we had to fight them to get the policy audited. When the audit showed we paid for more exposure than we used they refused to return a portion of the premium despite it saying in the contract the portion of the unused premium would be returned.
When we asked for a contact at the company through which McClone obtained this policy Kat Seraphine said she would provide it. After 4 follow-ups via phone and email over the course of 5 weeks I have received no response.
