Stay away from this place. I booked an appointment few weeks ago to do my tax return on March 11th (NOT the rush time of April 15th). They called me two days before the appointment and asked me to arrive 20 minutes before the appointment. We actually arrived half an hour before my appointment. They received my documents and said they would input it to their system, then will send me to my CPA Mark to do the preparation/filing. I waited for one hour and half, and they didn't call me in. I complained multiple times to the receptionist, and every time she said, you need to wait till your data is ready. They even didn't bother to apologize for it. After one hour and a half, I decided to leave, and asked for my documents. Mark came out of his office, and (without apologizing) told me that I had to give them my documents 5 days in advance. If you really need 5 days to prepare a standard salary-based employee of a corporate company in silicon valley, YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR JOB. So, they probably need a month of preparation for a self-employed person.
