I am very pleased to work with Mason Scott at Matthew Scott State Farm Insurance Agency. It seems almost every 6 months auto insurance increases hundreds of dollars even with great credit and safe driving. Our homeowner policy was renewing at the same time. My policy was increasing again more than $300. As it turned out I was able to get better coverage and still save. Customer service from Mason was exceptional and personalized. He was very professional and fully explained the policies. He wasn’t aggressive or pushy. He followed up about a week after the quote and streamlined the whole process. I was not required to set up all info online. Mason took care of everything. I would recommend him highly!

I recently switched from Allstate to State Farm. I worked with Trey and I couldn't be happier. He was able to save us a lot of money. I wanted to keep our policies the same, he was able to do that & better. We have better coverage on our homeowners now for the same price and we are saving so much on our auto. The next day I had my son & daughter in law call him and he was able to save them money every month now as well. Trey has answered every time I have called him since & immediately got my questions answered or resolved any issue I had. It's so nice knowing he is a call away & I'm not sitting on hold at a 1-800 number. Thank you Trey & the Matthew Scott agency. My family hopes to be with you for years to come.

I received news that Auto Owners would no longer be working with my agent at renewal time prior to that I had Allstate. I hated that especially after being with them 30+ years. Before that I had been with State Farm. I had always liked State Farm so it was like I had gone full circle and Im very happy with all of extras that State Farm and my new agent had helped me in deciding what was best for me and my husband. I’m very happy with their prices and the policies I have gotten with them on my auto and homeowners . In June I’m looking forward to changing the company business over to State Farm after more than 20 yrs with the previous company. One thing for sure is that State Farm has always been there. I feel good knowing that!

Trey Brown and Colin Young are amazing to work with! Changing my insurance policy to State Farm is a direct reflection of the service that they provide. They give me a family vibe that it is imperative to me. To be honest I spoke with a female rep once from the office, service level never changed. I don’t recall her name. I can say an excellent staff is whom I encounter every time.
