I have been with this branch of State Farm since about 2011. I am always confident that my needs will be addressed.
Liza A. Grady is my main go-to for issues, and she offers excellent customer service. She is warm and friendly, and very efficient in taking care of claims, changes to my insurance and most recently a reimbursement check that came to me. If Liza is busy, one of the other ladies may answer the phone. Each one is helpful and takes the time to address my concerns. If you are looking for insurance, then go with these lovely ladies. You won't be disappointed.
