I enjoy this branch. I have been going here the past few months instead of my normal branch because they are extra nice here. They recognize me now and wave at the drive through even if I'm not their customer. They remind of how things used to be everywhere once. I do appreciate Marquette's extra perks too like the calendars, change purse, chip clips, face masks, and cookies pre pandemic, etc... Karen had me laughing and eased my anxiety being inside. Nice neighborhood bank!

So I wanted to share my story my account was negative for a week and a 1/2 which it was my mother's account and she passed away dealing with all other issues few people called me no one willing to help me with the station except for Hayat was very helpful she actually took her time out For at least over an hour to help me get the matter situated I want to thank her very much from the bottom of my heart she was very helpful
