Mark and his office rep, Deb, are absolutely incredible. Inept insurance agents. Quoted us a proposal that we agreed on. Unbeknownst to us, without any communication whatsoever, they were charging us more than 50% more. All they did was recognize they made a mistake and said sorry, we rarely have this issue in our underwriting process. I would stray away from using them in any capacity. Very incompetent.
