For the awful service your office provided me I have filled a complaint with the main office.
You have a responsibility to train your staff. I sincerely hope the state farm is able to pull recordings of our interactions and base the response on what occurred rather than you blaming me.

Update 11-21-24

Information I just received from the State farm main office states your office took away my multicar discount when we in the home still have multiple cars insured by state farm this occured 8-19-24 I will redact the personal information and post the letter. Your office messed up my policy made me pay more because someone in your office canceled the multiple car discount. I will reach out again to the main office to update my complaint about this location. Helps it's in writing from state farm. Accept that my increase in premium was due to an office error because it was.

And do not reach out I left your office because of the mistakes made. My other state farm agent is taking care of this.

I had State Farm for over a decade. I ran into issues with a claim . This is not the agents fault. I ran into issues with State Farm switching up drivers on newer vehicle. . I called several times to get this corrected. The admin say they would call me back. Many times they didn’t. They always blames corporate structure for there errors. I keep calling every couple weeks. Nothing would be fixed. After three months going back and forth I started shopping for a new carrier. I called left voicemails letting them know I had some other estimates for switching. I asked for them to call me back. Nothing. I finally switched. The actual agent never called me or helped me. The admins were nice to talk to too but the agent didn’t care.

Been with Marco since 35th and Damen. He hears what you have to say and gives you the best suggestions for what you are looking for. I know there is a lot of State Farm agents out here in the Chicago land area, but this guy made me feel like finding the right policies where in my best interest and not another customer. I came up from south Florida 10yr ago and still with him. I want to thank him for always personally hearing me out.
