Karen McLemore on Marc Nielsen's team is fantastic! I reached out to several agents last summer when I wanted to switch my homeowners and car insurance. Karen's customer service was so above and beyond the other agents I spoke to that when the time came for me to get a new car I remembered Karen as the standout, emailed her, and switched to State Farm. I got the policy on a Tuesday, bought the car on Wednesday, and hit a deer on Saturday! The claim process was easy and fair, and again, Karen was excellent, answering questions I had about the online claim process. Can't recommend her and the Marc Nielsen team enough.

I have had a GREAT experience with StateFarm in Spring Grove. I waited too long to make the call to switch insurance companies because I thought it was going to be a long, drawn out process. Switched from GEICO to Statefarm and the woman I spoke to (Karen I believe) was wonderful and made sure I had the coverages I wanted AND realistically needed. They give me one quote but send a different quote to the loan officer without my permission. They are very misleading on what service they offer for their quotes.
