Canceled my policy for supposed non payment, doesn't make sense when I was on auto pay. I was told there was no late payment fee and I got one again, doesn't make sense since auto pay was on, when asked for an explanation all I got was an "I don't know" horrible customer service stay away from these people!!

Do Not i repeat Do Not Do bussiness with this office. They steal your money, hang up on you and can not give proper information. They should have their license removed. This is the worst office ever! Stay far away from this office. Horrible customer service. Which I could give 0 stars. EDIT: Unprofessional as well, putting personal information for everyone to see. So sad.

I recently changed to Allstate after being with State Farm for more than 10 years. I talked to Jesse Sandoval over the phone. He was very polite and helpful. I had many question, since I wasn’t happy at State Farm. He took his time and explained my policy to me and answered all my questions.
