I went to work for LSI in a remote position. I at first enjoyed the job, and as soon I became vocal about the way some things were done. I put a target on my back. I was let supposedly for not following id verification but it was really because a supervisor was lazy and didn't won't to handle a call. This is NOT a good company to work for! The pay isn't compatible with the amount of work you do and they say your family well that's not true at all!

This company the biggest fraud they always hiring and firing peoples . They fired me because I was pregnant I was going to the bathroom a lot and breaks . The company blame it on id verification which I know that was a lie. The mangers worse. And it’s a 3PARTY COMPANY NOT NO REAL BANK

Did some research to find out Lending Solutions is a third party for my bank. I was having some issues and my call got routed to Lending Solutions. I experienced THE WORST customer service from a representative. I'm going to escalate this with my bank. Hopefully they drop them. Why pay for horrible service

Call center affiliated with my credit union. Found out after speaking to several individuals they were not my banking institution. They do everything possible to not direct you to your credit union. You can tell by the demeanor and poor customer service off the bat it was not my financial institution.

This place is unsecured with sensitive information. I was soon a victim of fraud after giving my information for a loan. This place is a 24 hour service for other financial institutions. I am constantly a victim of financial fraud now giving my info to them. Shame on my credit union for trusting an outside source with my info. So mad what a scam!! Never had this problem with my bank.
