Louisa James is simply amazing. I entered the arena of the marketplace for the first time this open enrollment period (2024/2025) and had a copious number of questions and concerns. Louisa addressed each with empathy, professionalism, and was able to explain things to me in a language and demeanor that was comforting and easily understood. With Louisa's expertise and advise, I was able to navigate my family's needs, secure insurance for everyone, and it fit within my budget comfortably. I highly recommend using her offices and I certainly will again for all of my insurance advising needs. I can't thank Louisa enough for helping me through a very stressful time.

Louisa is very helpful with any and all health insurance issues. She does a great job helping to make sure all the facilities and certain specific doctors offices are in network that you are going to need to be seeing for your healthcare needs.
She is very approachable, which makes insurance and the difficult aspects of it all not so horrible as she works by your side helping to get the best plan at the most affordable pice option available.

Louisa James and Blythe Keister were fabulous at getting me insurance at a cost so affordable I could not refuse! It was a BCBS PPO so everything I had prior with my employer didn't skip a beat in the transition. I was having a hard time getting answers until I came to see Louisa! Everything was done in an hour.
