Scheduled an appointment one day prior, arrived early. Office staff are all courteous and friendly, despite my sloven appearance. Everyone welcomed me with a smile and very professional demeanor. Fran was excellent in explaining my options and where my current insurance company is failing me in coverage and price. She explained in detail how State Farm's auto policies are stacked as well as portable. They also provide additional coverages for hobbies, crafts, jewelry, and sporting goods. I am very impressed with the one on one customer service provided.

After a letter from our current insurer stating insurance companies across the board were raising their rates we didn’t feel very positive going in to our meeting with Marcella at State Farm in Los Alamos. By the end of that meeting we were very glad we searched for an option!! After a $3000 rate hike ? with our old insurance, SF gave us better coverage at $2000 less! I hardly ever rate anyone with a 5-star, but in this case Lou Santoro’s State Farm has earned it.
I have established a relationship with several of Lou Santoro’s staff, to the point that I have their personal cellphone numbers.
Often times I receive mail from State Farm and if I don’t understand it I just call and if staff is not available, they call back within reasonable time.
I know that there are other insurances agencies that are less expensive but I would not trade the customer service I receive from Lou Santos’s staff just to save a few dollars. I try to avoid stress and having my accounts with Lou Santoro’s State Farm keeps me worry-free. Please keep up the good work. Thank you.

Lou Santoro’s of Los Alamos was my parent’s State Farm insurance agent for about as long as I can remember. And now, I have our home, autos, business, and personal liability insurance coverage with Lou’s agency and his staff.
When we were traveling at highway speed on NM 599 in October, 2022, a driver failed to yield and turned left directly in front of us causing both vehicles to be totaled.
Michelle, of Lou’s agency, followed through with our case and made sure all of the details were taken care of and finalized. She is competent, thorough, and a pleasure to work with.
Also, we were treated quite fairly by State Farm’s offices to get us the compensation we needed in order to replace our ruined Land Rover. Thank you Michele and thank you Lou for putting this amazing person on your staff.

They helped me switch from a not so Progressive insurance company and to lower my rates to pay for the exact coverage I should have on my new Jeep. Not only did they help me shop for lower rates for my auto coverage they also helped to compare homeowners insurance and bundling them together. Thank you both so much!
