The only reason I'm still a member at this branch is because of Lorraine. As a representative of L.A. Fed CU she is welcoming, professional, informative & connects to the needs of established clients. Not trying to make a sale or quota. She always has a smile & is welcoming not like the other reps. that look miserable or having personal conversations with a lack luster to assist. Lorraine is an asset to the branch & should be acknowledged so.

I would like to give Jacob Esqueda a commendation for his excellent customer service at the Los Angeles Federal Credit Union in El Monte. Jacob was very courteous, kind, knowledgeable, patient, efficient and most helpful with my withdrawal from my checking account, cashier’s checks, for the $20 donation toy for kids and signing up for a Visa credit card. I truly appreciate the most helpful and great customer service Jacob provided to me.

Veronica Bautista was a great help, she helped my daughter with her loan. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She made the process very easy for my daughter and explained each step of the process. Just a great experience overall.

I wanted to withdraw some money that I needed urgently, and their system has been down for 2 days and they couldn’t provide any update. No reputable financial institution will leave their customers hanging. I will have to take my money somewhere else where I know it will be safe and ready to take out the minute I need it!!!

My experience at the El Monte branch office was excellent. The manager, Letitia Urbina was outstanding. She walked me through the whole process of getting my auto loan funded. She was thorough, patient and conscientious. I have to say that she is a hands on manager. Veronica Bautista finished up all the paper work for me and was very methodical and organized. I have to say that she was very good too. I observed a very friendly and healthy atmosphere at the branch, among the staff.
Kudos to Letitia and her staff team at the branch. The LAFCU should be proud of Letitia's managerial skills and her team's performance. Thank you Letitia and Veronica for your good work.

This bank sucks they take forever, they have pointless conversations with the clients while were waiting for over an hour. They only have one person working supposedly and they are lazy. Dont open and account here.
