Total Bait and Switch! Sold us Liberty Mutual a few years ago for both Home and Auto and the price was slightly over $2000. Fast forward 3 years and despite our spotless record with zero claims, our premiums are now pushing $7500! When questioned, she distanced herself from Liberty Mutual and took no responsibility. She was there for us when we were shelling out money but gone when we were continuously gutted by the company she promoted. Not to mention her shameless life insurance pitches. Just embarrassing. Not to be trusted.

A number of years ago, Lori Rigotti became our agent. At the time when she took over the account, Liberty Mutual still had a branch office in Rockford Illinois. The office and Lori are now in Hoffman Estates, but the level of service has been the same, and the change was basically transparent, and not a problem. Lori is caring, knowledgeable, professional, and exemplifies what a good agent should be. Lori is one of the main reasons we have chosen to stay with Liberty Mutual all these years without interruption. There is an almost infinite number of insurance providers. When selecting an insurance company, you need to consider more than just the cost for the coverages provided. Your policies need to be reviewed periodically to make sure that you have adequate coverages. And you need to feel comfortable that you will be treated honorably and timely in the event of a claim. Lori checks the right boxes.
