I was moving to Arizona from out of state. My loan officer referred me to Sue Doil from Long Insurance. She is amazing! I have always struggled dealing with the effort to find a good insurance plan, and my insurance company where I was moving from was going to DOUBLE my rate. I talked to Sue and she found me a better plan with better coverage at a lower rate with a lower deductible. She found me several options, actually, and then I asked her to help me make a decision, which she did by giving me a good rundown of what each policy covered. She also provided me with excellent information on the fire district I was moving to, what to expect from my own water system which is different from what I had previously, and how to work with my insurance company to make sure I was being well taken care of. I have NEVER had an insurance broker take such good care of me or put so much effort into ensuring that everything was going to work out for me. Sue also worked directly with my loan officer to make sure that my insurance coverage started on time and that all of my paperwork was taken care of. She also took care of notifying my credit union of my new insurance for my vehicle because I switched that at the same time, and she looked for every discount available on my auto insurance before making a recommendation. Of all the things I had to worry about moving 1000 miles, my insurance for both my home and my auto was something I didn't even really have to think about. That was really meaningful to me and having one less thing to worry about really helped in my transition. I truly appreciate Sue and the Long Insurance Group for helping me and for putting so much care into the process of me getting insurance. This kind of care and customer service is so non-existent today and it was a refreshing experience.
