Let me start off by saying, “if” there are any negative reviews, or “if” there are people who gave UNDER FIVE STARS… well, as an elementary school teacher used to say, “There’s something rotten in Denmark!”
I say that because at the time of my loan my credit score was a few points below 600 and I have a things in collections, and I had not been able to establish and credit because no one would give me another chance. I even went to another financial institute here in Cullman and they turned me down. I don’t mind saying the name of the place that turned me down, it was Covington Credit. I do not mind say that because even though they turned me down they referred me to Local Finance and said they could help me, and I am so very thankful that they told me this information.
I went into Local Finance and I had to wait just a couple minutes, but not long at all, maybe 5 minutes. The manager was busy and the assistant manager helped me. I tell you, you could not have asked for any kinder and more helpful people anywhere. The assistant manager made me feel very welcome and glad I came in and I was nervous and felt unworthy to ask for a loan because I had been turned down elsewhere, but they both made sure I felt comfortable and like part of their family. Before I left we were laughing, exchanging recipes, and I have looked forward to seeing them each month to pay my bill.
So the bottom line here at Local Finance is… if you are an honest person and in need of some assistance, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go by and pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed!!
