Their customer service is phenomenal. This is a company that cares about their clients. We as human beings need to learn how to shed grace. They care about what they do. We worked with Dennis and Jamie and have nothing but good things and positive relationships with the staff. Everyone has a learning curve. Customer service is not always easy but if you know how to be human and admit what you don’t understand, read your contracts, ask your questions, I hilighly feel as a society any customer service issue can be resolved. They are true professionals and lead with empathy. Thank you for helping us with our second home! Owning 7 acres of land is the best feeling everrrrrrr. My husband is current active duty Air Force. We have heard horror stories with VA loans. Loan depot made the whole process easy. Thank you again!

Called me 4 times back to back to back to back !
That made my decision easy not to trust them!

They wanted over 50k in cost to refi a loan to a higher rate!

And add mortgage insurance of 500 a month!
No thanks!

All steps in this process was so smooth and painless. I was so very impressed with every aspect of your company's service. I love the on line system, it made getting the forms requested to the team very easy to upload and complete the files. The professionals we worked with were very knowledgeable and supportive as we navigated the process. Our questions were answered very timely and they "held our hand" through the entire thing. Painless and fast process. From first conversation to final close took less than a month. I told me son and daughter in law about this company and they are refinancing also. I would do it again with this team!!!

If I had to do it again for a third time I would go with Loan Depot. I had already been with Loan Depot which helped the process to move that much quicker. The people are top shelf #1. They were all amazingly helpful and kind. No question was left unanswered. They were in touch with me at least once a week or I could call anytime or leave messages in what they call a "portal" which is a secure site for paper signing and seeing how everything is progressing.
I did check with other companies before making my final decision. The truth is the whole process was easier than I thought and the signing of some of the papers were done on line. Don't be detoured from that. We all do so many things on the internet that it just made it go that much smoother.
The Notary was exceptional. Fast friendly and a local person. I did not know her at the time but I think she became a great reminder that their are still a lot of personable and amazing people out there.

I have been working with Luis Delgado and he has made the process very easy! Luis is very knowledgeable and he has gone above and beyond helping me. It was a relatively easy process. I understand paperwork has to be revised but receiving five disclosures, if not more, can be confusing. Also, I would have to reach out in order to get informed of how my progress was coming along. I think that is ridiculous seeing as there is “a team” of people overview in your application. The customer service good definitely be better. Overall, I was left frustrated more than once but the folks were very nice. I would recommend Loan Depot to my friends and family.
