if that newbb frank doesnt want to pay your accident, report LLC and the clown Frank Campasano to illinois department of insurance and file a claim against them and they will force them to pay. they made him pay 24k for me i didnt spend not one penny neither any lawyers IDOI is free🙂

Our company were insured with LLC Insurance during 2017-2020 and it was an absolutely abysmal experience. Calls were never answered, updates were continually delayed with no explanation, COI were slow to arrive, if at all. On top of that, our company was subjected to hefty fines from the Illinois Commerce Commission due to its failure to update the company's filing. We had numerous other smaller issues that made working with this agency a nightmare. If you value your time, energy, and peace of mind, steer clear of this agency and look elsewhere for truck insurance coverage.

I sent Frank a trucks to add to my policy via Email, he never did! He just charged me and the trucks was not added to my policy!
On the top of that he told me there are $5000 I have to pay for Prime claims security deposit!
They canceled my policy because of him and they said I should receive my security deposit in 60 days.
Prime insurance company told they will never send it to me because of the trucks was not add to my policy!
That means I lost them because of frank.
He is laying!
He is a big layer crook!
Please stay away from this layer.

This is the absolute worst insurance company in the history of insurance companies, SDM Transport totaled a brand new vehicle as the driver admitted to hitting a bridge BACK IN OCTOBER it is now December and nothing has been done. Frank is the worst human being living on this planet right now. based on their recent history I don't know why anyone would hire this company

would put zero stars if it let me, this is an update from Lalito1234 so the claim I made to the illinois department of insurance against llc WORKED idoi made llc pay otherwise theyd shut down LLC and llc paid my judgement🎊🥳!!!
what happened was llc they didn't want to pay a fender bender from 2019 that later turned into a judgement of 24k against me and they wouldn't answer phone calls or anything so I filed a claim against llc on the website of IDOI😸

I was involved in an accident with a truck insured through LLC Insurance. Frank refused to submit claim to insurance company of truck who hit me or provide me with name of insurance to pursue on my own. They refused all inquires by my insurance company. Said he/they wanted to settle outside insurance and strung me along for three months now. I have still not been reimbursed for my totaled vehicle despite providing all required information. Frank did not call me once, despite the fact I called over 50 times. Lied to repeatedly. Totally unprofessional and a liar.

If there was less than one star, i would give this place! The worst insurance company! They delay everything! I had an accident, and it has been a month, and i have been calling them every DAY just to open a claim, and they haven't opened it yet. I talked to Vince which is the manager, to ask him about my claim, and disrespectfully he said " If you call us again, we will call the police!" and hang up. There are only three people you can talk to, Vince, Michael and Frank. They will just keep asking you to call the next day.

In 20years never had experience like with this guys Michael .Vince. John .Frank I got no idea why they work there but they just don't do the job "costumer service " Always is " call you back,
or tomorrow or 15 minutes " never happens . We pay $13.500 per year in commercial ins and no call back this year we will cancel policy with them I guess they have to many costumers .
We small company want to tell you just be aware of this place unless you want no costumer service 🙁 They delay everything! The worst insurance company!
