Lisa Sauer State Farm Agency saved me $240 a month from my other insurance agency. Tina Luitjohn was the person I dealt with. She was very helpful and very efficient with what she did. I went in for a quote after talking to her on the phone and she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She had the paperwork ready the next afternoon and I signed with State Farm. Amanda is my insurance lady and i absolutely love her !!! She’s so super sweet and always upbeat ! She very knowledgeable about all the questions I have if not gets back to me super quick with an answer . I feel as if she goes above and beyond compared to any other agent I’ve had in the past! I strongly recommend one NOT to go through this office for Insurance. They have people in this office that do not know what they are doing. They have really messed my policies up and cannot explain to the customer what they do with your policy or policies. They are downright rude and will twist and turn your words to explain their wrongdoings. I have been with them for a Lil over 5 yes and was happy at first, but they have really messed me up and even got me in trouble with state where I have even had to pay for a reinstatement fee. I STRONGLY suggest NOT to go with this office ‼️‼️‼️ 😠 Gaye does not know what she is doing with comprehensive policies and Ashley is very rude and will change your words that u say and turn in problems with your policy on the customer. They will hang up on you when they can't answer your questions. They are terrible. I know 3 other people who have left their office. They need to be overlooked from state farm because of what they have done to some policies.

We just switched our insurance to State Farm office (Lisa Sauer), our insurance agent Amanda was so easy to work with. She answered all of my husbands questions or found the answers to them. My daughter and I are so grateful for everyone at State Farm! My daughter had the unfortunate experience of having her car stolen. Neither of us have had to deal with something like that and were unsure of what to do once she filed the police report. State Farm walked her through every step. Everyone from the adjuster she was working with to Gay and Ashley from our home office were in constant contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They were all very kind and compassionate which made an extremely stressful time easier to deal with.
