They repo’d my car almost 5 years ago. I stopped paying them just because of the service and the harassment. Calling everyday, literally call you today. Then call you tomorrow. They lied multiple occasions so I had enough. I change my phone number. I called them from a phone app( free text and call) and told them that’s my new number. I waited for them to call again as they do and I answered that phone app. Told them I have my card and I’m ready. Then I hung up on them in the middle of cars reading and deleted that app lol haven’t heard from them since. I went and bought a new car and been driving that since. They never reported that they repoed the car so what they did is they sold the car and charged me as if I still had the car making multiple profits. They also came by my house numerous times leaving a business card (we need to update your phone number please call us) They are bad people and you’ll see if you do business with them. But anyway, my credit is improved to where I can get a place, buy a car pretty much it hasn’t affected my credit in a Bad spot. I’ll never pay them any money. I actually find it funny. I hope they shut down. They do have attitudes and think they are above you. I give them the run around making them look stupid as can be. Again, I do this while driving a better car I got from Hertz car rental sales. At least you know they have to maintain those cars. But anyway this place is trash. Pretty honestly the people that work here WILL give you the vibe that they are dirty and not just internally but physically like they haven’t showered that day. Til this day I’ve never heard a single call from them HAHAHA they don’t know my address HAHAHA and life goes on....

I made a year and a half of payments on time no issue. COVID hits, I miss 2 payments, I communicate. I have been making my payments on time for the past 4 months. They are reporting to my credit report "missed payments" for the last 6 months FALSE. They are also charging me a $15 late fee every month and not reporting that I am paying. I understand if you are saying I am paying the back months (which is what they originally told me) and dinging me for late fees - but lying about making payments that are documented? That is fraudulent. Talk to you soon Lincoln Financial Services. OH that is if you actually call me back? How funny is it you are no longer in the office to take calls? I'm waiting for a return call regarding this. Try to pretend you are somewhat professional.

Let me be the first one to say TINA is the worst representative of all in that company. She is rude, ghetto, and think she can over rule you with everything . Talking over you instead of listening to you . First time I had my car taken away was there fault because they didn’t even receive the payment on time because of the system. They don’t try to work with you, each and every one of them is just rude including the manager Susan. What kind of company is this ! Poor service of all !!!

If I could give 0 stars i def would have these people had my car repo'd and we weren't even 30 days behind yet. We were close to it but still had 4 days until 30 days late came around. I would have paid the bill in 2 days wen I got paid too but now they say I need to pay the past due amt plus my current months payment along with over $600 in tow yard fees so in order to get my car back I've got to pay over $1250 out of pocket instead of just the $372 I owe monthly. Absolute sharks ,worst finance co EVER! Do not take loan with them they will take ur payments for over 2 yrs then the first time you fall even just a couple weeks behind they will just repo ur car without even trying to give u a chance to get back current. I hope one of them get a lil strapped financially sometime and they get their vehicle repo'd without being a full single month behind then they will see how ridiculous that is and how their lives will be ruined by losing their transportation. Karma is a mofo people just you wait and see

The Last Sentinel

I've never been any more than 1 day late on my payments since ive had my car (6 MONTHS) and since that time 3 months ago when my payment was 1 day late, I get 15 days out from when my payment is due, and Lincoln Financial Turns the ignition off in my car BEFORE the payment is due

When I confront their rude as hell customer service department about it politely and tactfully, they tried to refute the fact that its happening altogether.

Excuses:

1)"Well maybe its a bad battery"-Nope had it tested its brand new.

2) "Well it could be your starter"-Wrong again had it tested also brand new nice try though.

3) "Well maybe your ignition systems bad" Uhhhh No sorry yeah 3 different independent and certified mechs tested it and umm sorry its all good ya nice try but.....

4) "Well maybe its could be your computer and electrical system"-LOL yeah unlikely on a 2013 Fusion.

Got any more excuses or cop outs Yeah thought not. so now that we've established that im being wronged for no reason yeah im thinking about talking to an attorney since we have an obvious breach of contract among other things so my advice to Lincoln Financial Services in San Diego is please call me Tomorrow so we can possibly resolve this.

Who knows we might actually be able to get something done like well wishful thinking here but lets see, FIX THE DAMM PROBLEM!!!!

This company will be reported today for fraud.
Annette Martinez Is a horrible receiptionist or what ever it is she does. They try and threaten you to send your information back to the dealer but take out loans upon your information which is fraud due to the Fact the loan is already taken out and processed.

I sent in my payment and they are saying they didn't receive nothing. I was working out of town when one of my coworkers calls me to notify me my car is being taken. This will not stay like this I'm not paying for the report or nothing I have proof of my payment and everything this will proceed to court !

This company do car loans, and today 6/20/2016 this company repo a car from a cancer patient, and her family. Left them on the side of the road , she meaning the patient have been in talks with the company, and told them she would have the payment in on Wednesday 6/22/2201.They could not waite and took the car while the was at the beach, were she was explaining to her boyfriend, that the cancer is back, i will be taking all my money out, and move to a company that cares for other human beans.
