Used to be five! The communication is awful currently. I was in contact all day long not long ago, went to dealer well before 5 30, an hour or so , trying to get a deal done or just looked at for possible approval, was told couldn't do it that day bc delinquent calls were more important and a priority. First foul. Second, It's been a month or so since then and I have had a few more proposals, I have to use email bc I work in a office where phones aren't used alot, so its an act of congress to get an email back from anyone there, but if you're just a day or two past due date they blow you up, contact family whatever. That's why I don't have five. Now positives.... Once you do get help, everyone is always friendly and helpful. Brandon has helped me with a few deals since 2019 so you can say I have experience dealing with them. Again the negative is all recent activity. Hope they get it corrected so I can change to 5.

Very unprofessional. Jasmine must take whole day lunches because she never called me back. and they kept saying she's at lunch every 2 hours that we called. The dealership had to go back and forth with them and another company had to be used. DO NOT BOTHER!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO WHERE YOU ARE VALUED!! SO IS YOUR MONEY. I SAW ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS BUT STILL TRIED TO LOOK BEYOND THAT.
