This is one of those rare companies in today’s world that still cares about people on a human level, and goes the extra mile to help someone out. I was in a difficult position looking for a new insurance company, and I was not getting much help from my former broker, or others I reached out to. Countless emails were sent back and forth, and even phone calls outside of business hours (without ever having met in person).
