Be very sure you want this company for your Insurance. Not a good company to deal with. Still waiting for premium return. No policy delivered to us by salesman. Only contact was with customer service. No supervisors to assist. Customer service could only email them. Terrible company.

This life insurance company is a ponzi scam. They collected my mother’s premiums but when she died they only paid back her premiums without paying out the full amount of her policy.

The check that KSKJ life issued was so suspicious that Walmart, a credit union, and a nationally recognized bank would not accept nor cash the check.

Be very aware of this company. I can only hope some people see my review and take it seriously and stay far far away from this scam.

I Have requested to have my insurance canceled. I have submitted the surrender form 5 times and there's always something that I did incorrectly. There was no signature. There needs to be a wet signature. They said they never received it. However, I spoke to a representative who asked me if I always spelled my name without my first letter then sais, my computer just focused and i see your complete sigbature.
It was signed without the first letter of my letter. Today, Thursday, 9/19/24. I get a letter stating that there was not a signature on the form so they were unable to process it. I received a blank form which I completed and again faxed it to KSKJ. I spoke with someone on Monday. I have faxed several copies and attached confirmations. I will call back tomorrow!

For 4 years we have been trying to get the life insurance policy, but when we submit all of the forms they conveniently lost the forms. They always say they didn’t know the deceased passed after they talk with us and request forms over the phone. Now they changed my name on the letters they send. Either this company is ran by fools or they are being shady on purpose and don’t want to pay out polices.

The worst. My family have been members for over 100 years (generationally). Never issues until recently. Example.

I got my policy. Let's say it's due May 20th. Well, they'll mail the REMINDER On JUNE 20th a MONTH AFTER it's already late... and at that point it doesn't arrive for at least another 2+ weeks.

And it will actually say on the paper work

mailed: 6/20/24

Like.... ? Who mails a bill a month after it's due them blames the debtee for being late paying?

So... usually what you're SUPPOSED to do is send payment reminders out a few weeks BEFORE the payment is due. We get them and mail the payment in so it arrives before or on the due date.

But that would be too easy.

So I called and complained for the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW. That's right. Not the first time this happened. Not the only one in my family to call and complain. They told me just to send the payment in.

So I did, sent it in. TWO WEEKS AGO.

Just got a letter in the mail today. They claim they have not received my payment so they took out an automatic premium loan provision payment from my policy.

This is THEIR SCREW UP. So now they are probably sitting on my check (like they did last year) taking money out of my policy... and will now double dip by cashing my check and not putting that money back into my policy.

I'm seriously thinking of pulling the cash value and leaving KSKJ if they don't pull it together

For ten months they kept me waiting for my policy which never arrived finally I canceled and requested a refund of my money, they said they could not refund the money since supposedly
all that time I was covered, even though I had no proof of been covered, as of today still no money. Which they negative star thar what they would get, even a one star is too much for this company. End of January and still they have not return MY money

My brother passed away May of 2022. As of today, Jan 31, 2023, this joke of a company has yet to pay out his death benefit. We have called numerous times. Each time we talk to someone different than the time before. They have made numerous excuses. Our lawyer even sent a letter demanding payment and a response. We got neither. We will not give up because now it's not about the money, it's now about the principle. This company is highly unprofessional and insensitive. I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

My dad had several companies and KSKJ was the first one to pay. Very easy to work with, quick to respond, and I like the personal touch this company has. Very trustworthy.
