Attempted to get a quote using her online portal, no one ever called back. My mother went into the office, dropped off paperwork to get a quote. Two days later, no one touched her paperwork to start on a quote. Bad first impression.

Kiva insurance absolutely surprised and shocked us. Their rates are so great we switched EVERYTHING to them. What we were paying for one truck with the other company, pays for three trucks with full coverage-glass-towing. Not only that but our home and my mothers double wide----so very very wonderfully priced. Finally we can actually AFFORD insurance. I absolutely recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
