Kirk displayed unprofessional behavior during our interaction. He called to inform me of a missed payment on my auto insurance, which was incorrect since I was enrolled in auto-pay. It turns out that his agency failed to submit the necessary paperwork, resulting in the insurance lapsing without any notification to me.
All he care about is receiving your money he doesn’t care to actually make sure that you receive good quality service or that you are actually insured. I would rate this agency a 0, no stars

I have done business with Country Financial for over 5 years and sent referrals to my agent Kirk Gregory, however the unprofessional treatment I received during a scheduled virtual meeting was incomprehensible. I followed the channels to make a virtual appointment to speak with Mr. Gregory, received confirmation of that appointment and my time was totally ignored. He arrived late to the meeting, we spoke for 15 minutes instead of the 1 hour time frame I had set up. He stated he had another appointment and abruptly left the meeting. My time was not valued or taken into consideration and I left the meeting feeling that my business or time didn't matter. I will be moving on with another insurance agency.
