I tried another Credit Union before coming to Kinetca. The previous credit union, for which I was a member, would not allow me another debit card, after being skimmed at several different locations around the San Fernando Valley, as if it was my fault?!?! I have not experienced this at Kinetca, which in itself is enough of a reason for me to say that FCU is top dog credit union in the SFV ! Besides this, they have the very best customer service, and the free coffee bar is just a cherry on top !

Worst service ! Very unhelpful! They wont listen to customers issue they speak over you ! They are ignorant in the banking world of information! Keep blaming the Back office or Main office! For every issue!

I recently decided to give this bank an opportunity, inspired by the idea of supporting local businesses as a local small business owner myself. Unfortunately, both of my experiences have fallen short of expectations. During my first visit, despite having a confirmed appointment, I waited for over 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Hoping this was a one-off situation, I returned for a second appointment only to experience a similar lack of communication, waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes without any update on the delay or even a simple acknowledgment of my presence. It's disheartening to see customer service overlooked in such a manner. I was genuinely excited about partnering with a local bank, but these experiences have led me to reconsider my options. For those seeking attentive and responsive banking services, you might find what you're looking for just down the street at Logix.

My mom and I just visited the Woodland Hills branch after opening our accounts in Goleta and it was so nice! Micheal helped the both of us and he was very kind and informative and gave great customer service. We have had great experiences so far at both branches with the employees and bank themselves.

Sometimes you have to question are you are union are you corporations she got stuck. She didn’t know what to say back she thinking about the question and then I asked if the account is free she says yes after 30 days you have to pay guys thanks are most ripoff ever this people belong in jail. This people are stealing your money I will consider you don’t put your money in bank. No more guys stay away from this bank at least you want to get ripped off I was about to open the bank account and as soon as I asked the simple three questions, the manager stepped in and I told the manager that she’s not a baby she’s an adult and she shouldn’t know the answers of the bookguys, American people your banks are the worst criminals are stealing money from you guys pull out your money guys you need to start figuring out the unit, corporations, or brothers or who they belong to follow the money and you see how they ripping you off

The staff is amazing, if you ever need help in any sort of financial issues this is the bank to go to. Everyone there is good, and Roxanna is terrific. This is in the Woodland Hills Branch. I’ve been a customer here for years, and have helped me in all aspects as well as my other family relatives. Roxanna, goes above and beyond in what she does.

I've been a member for 5 years and usually work with Janaka. He wasn't available, but was thoughtful enough to recommend me to a trusted associate (Roxy!) who he introduced me to when I came in for my appointment. Roxy is a joy to work with and really went the extra mile to refinance my car efficiently taking extra care of breaking things down as the process can be confusing for someone who doesn't know a lot of the terms. She even helped me find a better auto insurance plan because I was talking about how high my current monthly payments were. I can tell she treated me with the care she'd give a family member which totally earned my trust!

Hello, I have been a member of this Credit Union for Years and just wanted to give a true positive High Five to Maria and Amanda from this branch they are absolutely problem solvers and what I call Solutionist. The branch is that much better because of both of these great Employees.

Would not bank anywhere else but here.
