My family and I have been loyal customers at the Kim Martinez branch for many years, but sadly, the experience has been steadily deteriorating. In the past five years, we have witnessed a significant decline in the quality of service, communication, and transparency that leaves us deeply dissatisfied.

Our attempts to make changes to our policies, particularly with Austin, have been nothing short of frustrating. We have repeatedly requested changes to our policies, but to our dismay, we received little to no response or action from the branch. It seems as if our concerns were falling on deaf ears.

Recently, we had a particularly distressing incident with a life insurance policy. We had requested its termination more than three years ago, yet the policy remains active to this day. Despite numerous follow-ups, we have not received a single response regarding the status of our request or whether our documents were even received. This level of negligence is unacceptable and makes us question the competence of the staff at this branch.

It's disheartening to see a branch that we once relied on for excellent service and support fall into such disarray. It appears that the employees at this location collectively share one brain cell, as they consistently fail to communicate effectively or take any action on customer requests.
