I am with State Farm Kevin Smith location more than 15 years I was asking for some help with my insurance policy and employer Rose Screaming and hang up twice… when I finally talk with manager, he told me Kevin is very busy Person with many businesses ….I also emailed Kevin for help ….for more than three weeks. I create after hours case with the State Farm I left many messages. No respond at all…. thank you for your service State Farm thank you for your response

Been with them over 11 years. Twice now, they have not been helpful during time of need. Makes a stressful situation more stressful... thought I was paying for a peace of mind with that monthly premium.

After 8 years of being a customer. Kevin Smith front office failed to treat and answer my questions with respect. I emailed Kevin a detailed account of what happened and no response from him or his office manager.

I never actually spoke to the guy since he is too good to speak to you directly. There’s agents out there that do more than just taking your money each money. Don’t settle for less. His support team is very nice though!

I recently had a disappointing experience with this business. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for long-term customers is disheartening. It seems they prioritize short-term gains over building lasting relationships.

Grateful for Stephanie & Felicia at State Farm! They've been very helpful with my business insurance & renters insurance needs - even helped me adjust my policies while I move & travel around the country 🙂 Thankfully I haven't had to submit a claim for anything yet - hopefully I don't have to! That'll be the real test though 😉 Will come back to write a review about that experience, should it ever happen!

I was very impressed with the effective customer service that Chassidy Williams displayed. Despite the many questions I asked her, she answered every one and not once did she seem agitated. She spoke confidently and made sure that I understood everything that was to be offered with my insurance. She also reinsured me that I made the right decision signing up for State Farm Drive safe & save.
