Kevin is nothing but a pleasure to work with. Not only did he give us a great deal on our home and auto. Kevin helped us figure out the best policy for us, without trying to oversell. He is the best to deal with and I would. It want to deal with anyone else. Patient and knowledgeable. Complete asset to the company. I don’t know what they would do without him.

Horrible experience with Allstate and Kevin. My credit card payment was declined due to a change of address. Instead of receiving any email in regards to my credit card information needing updated, I received an email saying my insurance was in the process of being cancelled due to a lack of payment. Horrible customer experience from Allstate!
