I wanted to thank Alex for being so kind and helpful.
I had spent the past two weeks trying to get insurance information from Best Buy as their delivery truck hit my vehicle while it was parked and unoccupied.
Alex had called me at home regarding the fires in San Diego and wanted to ensure that I had the coverage that I needed to be safe. While I was on the telephone with him, I let him know the situation that I was trying to resolve, He gave me such great counsel, and I can’t thank him enough for his care. The next day I was able to pass off this heavy burden to the insurance claim department of State Farm and they too were wonderful. Zach Richardson was an excellent dude to work with — persistent in reminding me to take advantage of a better deal packaging my home and car policies but also respectful of my time and didn’t seem to take it personally when I didn’t call him back right away.
