I was searching for an insurance agent who was understanding of the current needs for our vehicle and renters insurance and came across Kenneth’s office. We had a few hiccups on my end making in with our vehicles to get the policy started but Kenneth was so patient and understanding and made this process as seamless as possible. I am so happy with my switch to Allstate but specifically because Kenneth went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and provide guidance and flexibility. Ken has a good team! They all coordinate together to get what I need done and I honestly feel like I'm put first, as their customer. Extremely rare and surprising for an insurance company. In the many years I've been a subscriber to Allstate with Ken, I've only received phenomenal quality customer service. When I was involved in a minor incident, someone from Ken's team immediately took my phone call, then Ken called me back shortly after to ensure I was doing ok. Thankfully, that was one of the only times where I needed his help, and I'm grateful he was able to help, handle/be a liaison to my case.

All of your hard work is paying off (and it shows) and I'm super happy and grateful to know that you're only a phone call away should I need anything related to my insurance needs. Thank you, Kenneth Kwok and co. And thank you, Allstate.
