Having a horrible experience, accident happened the 13th of this month and to date have only spoke to adjusters twice. First was a week after the accident 20th then second 23rd adjuster was rude as it was an inconvenience to her to answer my call. Have left numerous voicemail asking for an update or even a call back but can get one or the other. To date 30th and adjuster cannot be bother to answer her phone or emails. Horrible experience just liked everyone else. If possible I would like to change my adjuster to Josefina since Javier gave her a good review.

Worst car insurance I've ever had to deal with! Won't answer calls, but they'll send you letters saying they aren't going to pay for damages even when you aren't at fault! Oh and I have full coverage! Horrible horrible company. I don't even know how they are still in business.

My father was very upset with this company. They sent him letters in the mail every week asking him to update his policy which we did every time and they still ended up raising his rates saying that they could not update his information. It’s Better you look elsewhere for insurance.

Had to call them for my claim even though they asked for my signature which I had to pay to mail, that didn't matter. They still needed my phone call for confirmation even though I had sent my signature for confirmation. When your the victim of a customer of Kemper get ready for a fight.

They don't answer the phone fast and they can't help you with your policy, they tell you that you have to go to the office with whoever you arrange your insurance with.

Im a body shop who constantly gets auto claims from Kemper infinity and alliance. They’re all the same company. Of all the insurance companies they are BY FAR the worst. Adjusters never answer calls, they always answer annoyed and with attitude. They don’t send out payments for repairs right away so they back track the whole process sometimes up to a week. They are the cheapest insurance out there. They pay the lowest rates and find excuses to not pay all the time. Fraudulent, non professional company. I hate working on their claims because they always cause such a headache. If you’re going to get a policy from them don’t. Might be the cheapest but you get what you pay for which is the cheapest service ever

This is the worst insurance. They will fight you to the death to not pay out your claim, even if you were not at fault. Previously I have had insurances like wawanessa that do provide exceptional customer service and are there in time of need, and FYI I paid less for that insurance than I do with Kemper. They are happy to take your monthly premium only to bail out or give you an extremely difficult time when you do file your claim. On another note, it took 4 months for them to process and deny my claim. I’ve had insurances that took 2 -4 weeks tops to pay out my claim. When I contacted the claims adjuster Nathan muela to discuss the reason for the denial, I never got my call returned. The dude just left me a 3 minute voicemail going around and around why the claim was denied. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is not something that should be relayed in a voicemail . This should be communicated to the customer directly. But this was my horrible experience with them. After dodging me for weeks, I finally gave up and reopened my claim, with a different claims adjuster. Now it’s been a little over 6 months and my claim is still “processing”. Please save yourself the headache and don’t go through them
