Katie Losey, one of the agents at this business & who signed me up for a homeowner's policy perhaps 20 years ago, has been truly amazing in helping me navigate a claim for a roof damaged by hail in late August. She has initiated telephone calls to the claim department to get answers for me as well as calling me to ask how things are going. She has been a calm, assuring voice, often clarifying the process and my expectations. I cannot say enough good about her genuine, personable care and follow through! I've never gone through this process before, and I'm very thankful for her!!!

This office could not be more helpful or professional. Once I had told the agent all my details, she realized I'd need to work with another agent and passed off everything to another agent. I have been with State Farm for years and I’ve got to say that the ladies at Kelly Muse’s office really know what they’re doing and are by far some of the most pleasant people to do business with. I always feel welcome when I come into the office and everyone knows my name and takes a minute from what they’re doing to say hi. The customer service these ladies provide is seriously top notch. I went in recently to make changes to one of my policies and within minutes of leaving the office I received a call from them just to let me know that the changes were made and they were able to save me some money on my payments.

I recently returned to Colorado and needed to reinstate my insurance here. Having been a State Farm customer for 44 years, I did not even consider another company. I first called the agent whose office is closest to my home. The individual who answered the phone was not able to help me with even the most basic information, but she assured me the agent would return my call shortly. I did not hear from him that day. The next afternoon I called again, he was unavailable again, but I was promised another callback. It didn't happen.

Kelly Muse State Farm is by far the best insurance agency I have ever tried. I currently get my car and renters policy here and will soon be getting homeowners and life because the prompt, friendly customer service is unlike any other. I know that whenever I email or call, I will get an IMMEDIATE response, helpful (never pushy) advice, and quick implementation.
