I made a switch from Insurance companies for my home and autos. I had inquiries in with many but ultimately I called Gloria who has always been very educated, helpful, nice, honest in quotes and coverage. I was saddened to hear when she left my previous insurance company.
Gloria is very informative and she quickly responds and took the time to answer all my questions. She was patient and an excellent communicator and professional that needs to be recognized because a person of this caliber is hard to find these days. I chose Allstate because of Gloria even though other companies were cheaper but excellent customer service matters! She is awesome and because of that, my choice was easy!

As a long time client, I was getting a little frustrated after unsuccessfully reaching out to make some changes to one of my policies and just when I was about to give up, Gloria D. answered the phone and having worked with her before I knew that everything would be okay! She is incredibly professional, empathetic, resourceful, and a great listener AND communicator. She took the time to get the information she needed from me, assessed my needs and wants and took care of my request within a few minutes. Kelli Davenport and her team are great! I've been with them over 20 years and they are always accessible when I need them. Most recently, agent Gloria reviewed my homeowners policy that resulted in savings of several hundred dollars! I've been with Allstate for 25+ years and recently I've been having an issue with my agent Keli E. Davenport at Davenport Ins Svcs in Chicago in Heights, Illinois. I've had three cars under my car insurance but as February one of the vehicles was in a car accident was reported a loss. I called my agent to let her know that the vehicle and my daughter was no longer insured. She had moved and lost her car that was under the insurance since March, and they have still to remove the car along with my daughter. I have also been over charged since then. I've called multiply times but at no avail. I was told by the Allstate 1800 number that I could receive the money that was due to me from the overcharges taken out of my bank account but was later told by my agent that it could only be used as credit to my account. I have decided that after 25+ years with Allstate, to not renew my car and house insurance and move on to a different insurance. I just feel that my agent has not been listening to me this whole time. I don't understand why it's taking so long to remove my daughter and her car from my car insurance? This May now!

I just stopped by Chicago Heights office, I was very welcome and I met very nice people there. When they send me someone to make the appraisal, he just made it on time and the agent was very polite and respectful.
I did not like how much they estimated my place because I think it is $10000 more it worth and I am not sure if I can sell it with the appraisal price, however, I appreciate their service and professional opinion.
