I can not tell you how extemly helpful Kristen Rodelo has been helping me and informing me of my options for the new year. BCBS itself has been very confusing. Tristin was so helpful and very patient with me. It makes a difference when someone is really trying to help you with the right product, he was extremly tolerent of my difficulty hearing and most prople are not. He has explained everything to me so well. I hope he will always be there to help me!

Navigating through Medicare and all of the options is a daunting task. It's not just about getting the right plan for you, which is really important I wouldn't discount that, its about supporting you through the year with questions, concerns or issues. Mike Jados has been an advocate for us on a number of occassions and it has made things less stressful and quickly resolved because he and his team KNOW how to navigate through the process. He is very knowlegeable and each year we meet to go over changes and make good decisions for our situation. I cannot stress strongly enough how important it is to have a personal advocate.
