Who thinks that the person at the front desk, is not prepared or does not like her job.
She is very rude.

Very unprofessional walked in said hi sir how’s your day he looked at me and walked away, I had questions about my policy and they told me to contact to insurance company my self. Went in to cancel my policy and they still changed me, I’ve been double charged for homeowner’s multiple time, just seem they don’t care or put much effect into their paying customers.

Horrible place !I asked for a quote back in December I got a quote from them I tried to pay for for a whole month but nobody would contact me back. I finally got a hold of somebody in January and Kyle told me that I had to get a new quote because it was now January and to no avail did I get a new quote I waited six months of calling leaving emailsAnd no responses from anyone every time I called the office they ask who I was and then tell me he wasn’t in the office feel I was singled out he had this home insured by the prior owner I was telling me that he can’t ensure it now all of a sudden or he doesn’t want to Insure it he sent me to someone else through an email not even a phone call.
