I have nothing but great things to say. I've been talking with Karene for about 2 years now since trying to join American Family Insurance. I had to first use the general for some time before qualifying. Karene stayed in touch with me the entire time and was very persistent and understanding when trying to find a time in my busy schedule for us to set up my policy. She even corrected a tiny detail I over looked in no time!!!!

Karene was instrumental in getting our claim processed for hail and wind damage on our home. For over four months the case was in review. Once Karene and Rose got involved a new desk adjuster was assigned and the claim was processed within a few weeks. Magdalena was very professional and understanding.
