I needed a money order for just over $3000.00. The lady told me that she needs my social security number to do that. I said I'm not comfortable doing that, and then she said she could get me one money order for $2500, and one blank. This makes ZERO sense. Big time red flags. Mgr not in today or tomorrow, so I need to call New Year day if they're open, or Jan 2nd.

The employees are rude and lazy. Racist as well! On top of that, the employee cheated me out of my money. Basically, she increased the price of the money order to $5 and said the signs are out dated and don’t go by the signs. What? Then she proceeded to count my money on front of me, then stepped out of view. When she came back, I saw her coworker handling the money. Then she put the money in a machine to be counted. Afterwards , she came back to the window and said,” your $15 short .” In which I wasn’t! I counted the money three times before going in. On top of that, she had me waiting to step up to the window until after she finished laughing and talking with someone who just walked in and started a conversation with her! OMG…..

I purchased three money orders at this location. I no longer needed them so I went to get my money returned. I had to pay $30 cancellation fee and I just called. They only approved one. I would not advise anyone to patronize this business. They have given me a very hard time about getting my own money back. I wouldn’t even give them half of a star

Was given clerk 3 dollars for quarters, licked my finger to pull out my dollar bills and the clerk went nuts, telling me ohh you licked your fingers, I don’t want that bill, she made me give her another dollar bill instead, this cashier should find another job that doesn’t require handling customer’s money or just ware gloves…..total unprofessional and very disrespectful!!!

If I could give no stars I would. There’s not one person who works here that doesn’t make you feel like everything they do is overexerting their energy or like cashing your check is coming from their pocket. Just nasty people with even nastier attitudes, especially the night shift. I don’t know what’s so miserable about your jobs but consider something over the phone where no one has to be met with your misery in person.

Went in late night Friday for a license plate transfer for my new vehicle. Jose was there and helped me get it done. I had all the right documents needed if not would’ve not been done. Jose told me what was needed and I was in and out in about 15 mins. I saw a lot of bad reviews and was really hesitant to go. But thanks for his help

My husband purchased my city sticker 2 days ago an I was at work when he did it an so I never put it on that day. Went to put it on today an the number 24 an everything erased off it went back to the currency exchange to get a replacement to be told they can’t do it. How is it my fault the machine obviously didnt print it right so I gotta wait now can’t drive my car cause I ripped old sticker off an now I got to wait to go to Secretary of State on Monday. How nice I went to the currency exchange because it’s convenient for me and fast. SMH! Don’t sell stickers if you can’t fix problems that come with them…
