First, let me say that when the insurance companies in the state of California all seem bail on you including your own “insurer”… it is stressful! We really knew it was going to be challenging after contacting the fair housing lines. We couldn’t seem to find anyone who would underwrite or insure us in what felt like the whole of California. … that is, until we found Amy Bullington! She was so much more than outstanding. We happened upon her initially through kind of like friend-of-a-friend type situation and from the very get go, she treated us like she would treat a close family member. She took complete care of and had a good handle on the solutions to the issues we were having. We were stressed and under timelines because again, our insurer was no longer going to offer policies in CA and our own hunts for coverage yielded no results. Thankfully, she took over the project. She waited for hours on the phone, got us what we needed and even circled back to recommend a more tailored insurance policy for our needs. She didn’t upsell us, she wasn’t pushy; she did what was best for us based on our previous coverages and requests, she presented the options and made professional recommendations on those choices. She is trustworthy!
She took what felt like a search and hunt for multiple piece-meal policies and became the face for a faceless, arduous chore. She put in countless hours and did all of the work. I would highly recommend Jump Insurance, especially if Amy Bullington is your agent… she will treat you right!

Securing homeowners insurance in California is increasing difficult. A few years ago, we were dropped by our decades long carrier. Luckily, we found another carrier, but they dropped us as well this year. We contacted numerous brokers and agents, none of whom could find any company to insure us...except Jump Insurance.
