Called my fellow State Farm location in Castro valley, Julie sumiki’s office today. I had received a notice in the mail in regards to my insurance stating something i have not recognized before. I got to speak with Kelcei today and she was just a pleasure. I really appreciate the time and concern of the issue. Kelcei explained to me what happened and what we can do to resolve the issue. Usually when speaking to agents I feel like the words coming out of my mouth goes one ear out the other, but today I felt that She took the time with no rush and gave me a sense of properly being helped. Great customer service girl!

Julie with State Farm Insurance is a fantastic local insurance agent. We got to know her through the Castro Valley Chamber of Commerce and other networking events and always appreciated how involved she is within the community.

A little over a year ago, we bought our first house and we reached out to Julie for our home owners insurance. She immediately responded and was so thoughtful in explaining everything we needed to know about homeowners insurance as first time home buyers and things to consider. She was also diligent in getting our insurance bound and paperwork submitted so that our closing went smoothly.

We have also since worked with Julie for auto insurance. She's guided us through exploring coverage for both classic car insurance and most recently, insured us for our every day commuter car.
