I had a friend who tried to get insurance through this office, but as soon as Julie heard his accent and name, her attitude changed drastically. She became dismissive and unprofessional, giving him little attention and failing to follow up after he provided all his information. When he tried to reach out to her again, she ignored his calls. In 2024, it’s unacceptable for a business to show such clear prejudice, only serving those who look and act like them. Julie’s behavior—placing people on hold when she hears an accent and then hanging up—is deeply unprofessional. The larger office needs to review these complaints and take action. This kind of treatment makes me seriously consider moving my own policy to another office.

had a very disappointing experience with Julie from COUNTRY Financial insurance, and it's not just me. A friend from a similar background also had a similar experience, which raises concerns about the consistency of service at this location. It's crucial that all customers, regardless of their background, receive the support and answers they need. Unfortunately, our experiences have left us both feeling unsatisfied with their service.

Have dealt with other branches but this branch specifically really makes you feel at home! Julie and her team always take the time to help, listen, and advise on the best possible route to take with the customers interests at heart! Truly a class act, I highly recommend!

Don’t do business here. Julie is very disrespectful and seems to be quite racist. Had someone explain to me that she had asked for more information than needed and after the person had respectfully cooperated, she heard a foreign accent and name to which she then decide it was best to cut the person off from contact with her. Don’t recommend keeping disrespectful people in business!
