Very unprofessional, I've been trying to get ahold of them for almost 2 months via email and calls. Lady over the phone arguing and raising her voice. Issue is still not resolved, and she informed me to keep calling, and she will keep reminding Julia. Unbelievable.

I have had Julia do my income taxes for over 7 years and i have nothing less than positive feedback. she is awesome, very professional and extremely helpful. We moved to a different state 2 years ago but we still have her do our taxes. I highly recommend her!!

I cannot begin to describe the level of unprofessionalism Julia displayed when I attempted to get my taxes done here. Firstly, her door is wide open, and people are waiting in a lineup only a few feet away from where she is discussing individuals’ personal financial information and taxes. My appointment was obviously double booked, as several other people were waiting. She was already 20 min. late for my scheduled appointment. She came out with no greeting, and a terrible attitude. She proceeded to tell me that she would have her assistant put in my information, and I was a bit confused. (I’m sure my facial expression showed this.) She then asked me why I looked that way, and what was the problem. I asked her if that meant that she would still be doing my taxes. I have personally never dealt with this type of business treating me as though I were just there to order a cheeseburger. Although I proceeded into the assistant’s office, she immediately realized she couldn’t input my W2 without help from Julia, who I believed was the CPA tax professional. Julia came back into the office and began to rudely talk down to me again. She was clearly in an aggressive mood, and was demeaning and belittling to me. It was so bad that I had to stop and ask her why she was being so rude. I was truly baffled by this display of irrational behavior. I still am, and this happened hours ago. I felt compelled to write a review because of how awful my experience was. She ended up stuffing my papers into my folder, and shoving them back across the desk in my direction. She told me to go use Turbo Tax and get out of there. I was so shocked I didn’t say a word, and I got up and walked out. Unfortunately, she got away with this bad behavior, and she will probably continue to do so in the future. I just felt I needed to warn the public about this poor excuse for a business.

These positive reviews have to be fake or made up by their employees. I’m not sure how this business is still surviving based off of how unprofessional they are. They will give you the run around and totally avoid your calls. They are rude, uneducated on how to do taxes and have no sense of urgency. Please take my word for it and just go somewhere else you will save yourself a lot of headache.
By the way, the one star reviews that you are receiving from people that “did not contact your office” are reviews about your service from word of mouth. Nice try though.

The girls who work here are so unprofessional and have bad customer service. Even if you have an appointment the wait time is really long because they book multiple people at the same time or too close together. Staff barely acknowledges customers when they come in, they can be seen talking badly about customers, and always ignore phone calls. It’s really hard to reach them as apparently they are always either leaving early or not showing up at all. My taxes were done incorrectly and it took days to even reach the staff by phone and then months to fix the issue because the staff would not answer or return calls or emails regarding the issue or issue a refund when I asked for one so that I could have someone else do my taxes correctly. Also, when I called to let them know there was a problem with my taxes, Julia’s assistant simply said “it is what it is”. There’s tons of tax offices in Sacramento, take your business to someone who will not only do your taxes right, but will treat you with respect and kindness.
It’s been 10 months since I’ve filed my taxes, I still can hardly reach them, Julia keeps saying that she fixed the issue but nothing happens. The last two times the business contacted me, they left aggressive voicemails and Julia said that I should be grateful that she was fixing the mistake for free and not charging me They also blame me and say it’s my fault that they processed my taxes wrong when she left out my 1095A form which is basic tax knowledge.
