Tawney and Courtney helped me this week with insurance on my first home. In addition, they helped me switch my older car to a classic car policy, which saved me money, and I would've never known I could do that if they didn't tell me. I was so happy with the customer service provided! I've been with this office since I started driving (10 years ago), and anyone that has helped from Judys office has been great!

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with the Judy Aguilar-Woertz State Farm office has been nothing short of a nightmare, especially during a time when compassion and support were desperately needed. After my father passed away, I reached out for assistance, hoping to navigate the complexities of his policies. Instead, I was met with unresponsiveness and a complete lack of empathy.

Courtney, one of the staff members, was particularly rude and dismissive. Rather than offering the support one would expect during such a vulnerable time, she made me feel like I was a burden. Her condescending attitude added insult to injury, and it felt as if my father's passing was merely an inconvenience to her.

Despite multiple attempts to get help, the office did very little to address our concerns or provide any meaningful guidance. I was left feeling abandoned during an already difficult period. If you’re looking for an insurance office that treats you with care and respect, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a provider that truly values its clients, especially in their time of need.

State Farm is great, but I recommend you look somewhere else for an agent.

People who listen, discuss your needs, respond to your questions, and work with you to make sure you are getting exactly the coverage you need. After a series of disappointing experiences with my existing insurance company -- culminating with an off-the charts insurance quote for my teen driver -- I started looking for a "neighborhood office". I found Judy's office online, and Courtney has been wonderful to work with. She took the time to review my options and create comprehensive (and much more affordable) policies for our family. We spoke on the phone, and then I went to the office to finalize things -- and found a warm, welcoming, friendly environment with knowledgeable staff. I'm so relieved to have found this State Farm office!
