My first introduction to Steve Downey was through my parents, who were faithful clients of his. He handled all their insurance needs (and still does to this day!), so when it was time for me to obtain my own coverage, there was never any question of going anywhere else. So, I guess I could be considered a "legacy client", and for good reason. Downey Insurance has done a spectacular job of providing both generations of my family with top notch, yet affordable insurance products. We have purchased health, automobile and home policies, as well as a myriad of business insurance, and Steve's excellent advice has never steered us wrong!
He is unfailingly patient and swiftly responsive in his communications and is always a pleasure to deal with. Also, Steve has an uncanny ability to hire first rate people for his staff. *waving at Joanne and Diane* His employees tend to stay at Downey for an uncommonly long time; some have been there for decades! That speaks to great job satisfaction, which can only benefit the customer. Please consider this to be a ringing five star endorsement for Downey Insurance!

Steve always makes sure I have the coverage I need, without the stress or feeling that I'm paying extra for something I don't need! He is so prompt with replies, easy to talk to and does all the research and hard work, allowing me to stay relaxed. I have complete confidence in the Downey Family, and can honestly say Steve is the best insurance agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would definitely recommend for any and all insurance needs.
