As first time home buyers in this crazy ATX real estate market, to say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement. We had reached out to another realtor and were disappointed with her lack of interest in helping us. Then we were referred to Stephanie Fischer. She responded immediately and was transparent about the market but committed to help find the right home for us! Thanks to Stephanie's dedication and hustle, we were able to find a new build in a lovely neighborhood. She guided us through the whole process and was always responsive to any questions/concerns we had. With great confidence, we highly recommend Stephanie for your realtor needs. She is so hard working, educated and an absolute pleasure to work with! We're so grateful to you, Stephanie, and will absolutely be working with you in the future for any/all house selling/buying needs!

I have had the worst experience with the realtor Uwe Samuel. I reached out in September to him because I was looking to purchase a home. I let him know what I was looking for. I went through his financing (which they were great) and I got pre-approved. I was extremely specific about what I was looking for and stated that I started the process early because I knew it would be hard to find a house. He had me sign a contract that stated I could not reach out to another realtor. It is now November and the listings I have received from him have not been anything I like or said I was looking for. Between me and my mom we have been finding homes with the qualifications that I stated I wanted by just going to Google. On or around 10/20 I saw a house on Zillow that I thought would be perfect that was in my price range and my realtor never even saw it. I let him know that if I found the perfect house I was willing to move forward and i would go out and find someone that would take over my lease. He knew I was serious about purchasing a home. I reached out to Sam and thanked for him services and asked how could I terminate my contract with him because I did not feel he had my best interest. I also told him I am going back to school and wanted to be able to work with someone I trusted that would not miss homes that met what I was looking for. He stated he was not willing to terminate the contract because he felt he did nothing wrong. I explained to him in a phone call that I did not trust that he had my best interest, he suggested I wait till the contract time period was over. I had my attorney give him a call, and the only way he is willing to terminate my contract is if I stop searching for a home till April 30,2021 ( my lease is up in May and he knows that) mind you, he expressed multiple times that he did not care about his commission but that he had his clients best interest. But as long as I wait till my lease is up in May to start looking THEN he is willing to let me out of the contract as long as I don’t reach out to any other realtor and purchase a home, because his concern is actually that he does not want to miss out on that commission so he is ok with me being in a bind. This was the first time I have ever been serious about purchasing a home and able to go forward with the process and it has been horrifying and heartbreaking

Had a very bad experience with Rudy Orellana. We started looking back in October while we lived in California. At first he seemed responsive for a little while. Then push comes to shove and we get to Texas and want to look at houses, he is gone on military business. We are living in our trailer, so we are super motivated to see houses immediately. Sends his sister to show us the house. She shows up an hour and a half late. We decided at that point to fire him, but then felt bad because I am ex military and I get it so we "Rehired" him. He is very slow to respond to emails, text messages (IF EVER) We would have to call him a bizillion times. He never found houses for us, we did all the leg work. We have been asking about the corner lot being for sale, and he is yet to give us a straight answer. When we were going to do the final walk through (first time we actually met Rudy) he brought his 2 kids who proceeded to ring the door bell a thousand times. Super unprofessional! Day of closing he shows up at the title company & fails to tell us we needed to have a cashiers check or wire transfer for the deposit. We had to race to Austin, and barely got to the bank in time to close escrow that day. Just an overall really bad experience. Would not recommend.

Beware of Terry Zhou! I only interacted with him so I can’t speak on the entire company, but stay away. Terry very misleading and very unprofessional. We were looking to move into a house from out of state and spoke with Terry. The portal they used for applications says pets are allowed but when we told him we have a 25 lb Corgi, he told us the landlord preferred no dogs Okay fine, however, our dog is a certified service dog and legally accommodation had to be made. That was a big red flag and we should’ve known then but we continued because we were on a short deadline and needed a place. After submitting the application any all of the supporting documents, paystubs, bank statements from 2 different banks, SS cards, and driver licenses, we were told there was an “issue” with their application portal so we had to send the application and all of the sensitive documents via email. I felt very uncomfortable with that but hey can’t control technology, so I complied. Terry said he would let me know within 24 hours if my application was approved and from there we could run credit checks. 24 hours later, no response. I then had to reach out and ask for a status update and Terry said the realtor didn’t get a chance to review but he would update me when there was an update. The next morning, I received a text from Terry Zhou that the landlord stated there was a lot of “air traffic around the neighborhood,” and the landlord preferred an 18 month lease but it was negotiable.

Terry then informed me the application fee would be $40 per person even though I was the only one on the application because my fiancée would not be employed when we moved out of state and he told me that we would still have to pay because she would be living there. Ok that was reasonable, and at this point we are so delayed our deadline is right around the corner. I told Terry we would pay it if we could negotiate the lease first because we needed to get that sorted before running credit checks and paying the app fees. I informed him due to the air traffic noise we’d prefer to do a shorter lease. Terry said he would connect with the landlord and let me know. Another 254 hours later, I get a text asking if we could do 15-months, I complied. I paid my application fee, ran my credit (788), and get a response that everything is looking good. The next day we scheduled movers and I receive a text saying the landlord went with somebody who wanted a 2 year leas instead and that was it. No opportunity to counter or any apologies for wasting our time and money. I hope the entire company does not do businesss like Terry. STAY AWAY!

Elizabeth Dorris currently is working in Hawaii, but if you ever have the opportunity to work with her do it! No one I have ever met has left such an impression. She has a way of making you feel like you have known her forever and can predict what is best for your particular needs. She understands your time is important and does not waste it. I wish her the best of luck and know she will be successful. You will not regret seeking her help.

Naila Ismael is knowledgeable, attentive, and advocates for our interests. She brought up so many important issues during the process that we would not have thought of on our own. We really appreciated having her on our team

One of their realtors had a seller that left the house I bought filthy. I called the realtor directly and she tried to say that cleaning isn't required. It's implied to a certain degree. We live in a civilized society. Good thing I have lots of pictures and videos to use as evidence...?

The Round Rock location is clean, friendly and welcoming. I just joined JPAR and it has been a great experience so far, don't let the people who had a bad experience with a REALTOR influence you. It is about the actual person interacting with the Brokerage and educating themselves to serve clients better. I am a REALTOR with JPAR now and I would love to help any of you make your dream into a reality. I will help you down the path on your journey to a new destination.
